The Boy Who Cried Caterpillar

Adrian was a good boy.
He had tan skin, black hair, and green glasses. He wore a brown shirt, faded jeans and worn shoes. He was quite smart but he liked to pull pranks. He was deathly afraid of caterpillars and butterflies. He lived with his parents in an old cottage. They were very poor but Adrian liked his life.
One day when he was playing with some sheep, and he felt something on his leg. He looked down and saw a caterpillar. He screamed, “Caterpillar!” but nothing happened. He kicked back and forth until it went flying off, then he ran back home and didn’t leave the house for the rest of the day.
The next day he was reading The Boy Who Cried Wolf. It reminded him of something but he couldn’t quite put his finger on it. He decided to get his mind off caterpillars; he would pull a prank. He ran to his mother’s room and stuffed her drawers with dirty socks and when she opened it, confetti would come flying (don’t try this at home kids) out. He heard someone walking toward the room. He ran to the field so he wouldn’t get caught. Then he saw the most unpleasant surprise, a gigantic butterfly! It swarmed around him and tickled him. He was chased into the forest and was never seen again.
Legend says he was eaten by the butterfly!
